BIOGRAPHY
Darith was born in Peoria, IL. and grew up in central Illinois. She is passionate about Bluegrass Music. Having been born to a musical family, she traveled, sang and played music with her family band, The Lost Kentuckians until she married and moved to Nashville, TN. She has continued to play and sing at many venues, with many different bands throughout the years. She has two wonderful sons, Timothy and Carter. Timothy is currently living in Knoxville, TN and attending Pellissippi State Community College, working toward a music engineer degree, while Carter, a talented artist, currently resides in Antioch and works for a marketing firm. Both of her children play and sing as well. She is also "mom" to Slinky, her Maine Coon cat, Gizmo, her Calico, Tucker, the family Boston Terrier and Toby the Dachshund. When she's not working, she spends most of her time playing music, painting and doing yard work. She loves spending time with her husband, Kevin, and going to community theatre plays that he is performing in. His most recent performances included playing the character Scrooge in A Christmas Carol. In our spare time, we love to pick up bargains at yard sales and thrift stores.
